So it was some time in 2015 when I paid for upgrade from Bedrock to Emerald Legacy on DC Jail and something went wrong with the purchase. (I'm pretty sure it was just called VIP back then as it was before VIP was a separate thing haha)
It then got sorted by xlog and and i have had Emerald in game this whole time.
But when I use the forums The title that says VIP on the left

Never changed from Bedrock. And I probably should have got this sorted 2 years ago but anyway no time like the present.
If this is something that a forum mod is able to do for me that would be great. If you need to check i actually am Emerald VIP my ign is OMGitsRudeBoii (it was ZAChary2086 back when I bought Emerald)
If I am required to put in a support ticket that is fine but I couldn't work out if a forum issue needed to be sorted in support ticket or on the forum.
Anyway thanks in advance if this is fixable
