{4} S - Rank can not be lost it is the highest rank its value can only be stalled by a republic order. It can also only be granted by a republic order.
{5} ETPU - Status ranks can only be granted by previously forum elected officials and or republic chair holders. Who may also remove granted statuses. As they see fit.
